What we did

We met with the PVCC team multiple times to understand their unique needs for their Winter Orientation.

During these sessions, we discussed their goals, challenges, and expectations.

Once the requirements were clear, we started customizing Orientus to suit their needs.

Implemented fun, gamified elements like points, leaderboards, and personalized reward badges to boost student engagement and encourage participation throughout the orientation period.

Integrated automated attendance scanning (e.g., QR codes or proximity sensors) to replace manual processes, providing accurate, real-time data for both students and staff.

Established a comprehensive content management system within the platform, allowing staff to easily upload, update, and manage all orientation resources, schedules, and FAQ sections.
